For Parents: Supporting your Child the Restorative Way
Are you worried about your child being caught up in bullying cycles at school?
Research is showing that engaging in Restorative Practices has a deeply positive impact on how children navigate conflict with their peers and on their own intellectual development at school. Restorative practices have, in short, far reaching benefits for children's mental health and wellbeing.
As schools make their way towards becoming Restorative Schools, we have designed support programmes that comprise teacher training, AND informational evening talks for parents that will give them a solid overview of the initiatives being undertaken at school and also give them some support in using Restorative Practices themselves at home. Expect an overview of what Restorative Practices are, how to engage them in your parenting and also how to support your children restoratively in their relationships at school.
